Slowly bring your hands closer together as if they’re meeting in the middle. Then, extend your arms out with palms facing. To do this, close your eyes and rub your hands together as if you’re warming them up for at least 20 seconds. Often, we can sense our auras more easily with our whole bodies than with our eyes. If it still doesn’t help, consider engaging in deep breathing exercises or meditation to relax.Īlternatively, you can focus on feeling your aura instead of seeing it. If you’re having difficulty seeing your aura, try following the aforementioned tips while sitting down. Squinting a bit helps as well, especially when using the non-focus technique doesn’t seem to be giving you a clear view. As you continue to let your vision expand out, you’ll see more layers of your aura.
